These SpeakAnyWay AAC Terms of Use (or “Terms”) are between you and SpeakAnyWay AAC and our affiliates (“SpeakAnyWay”, “us” or “we”) and, together with the SpeakAnyWay Privacy Policy, govern your use of SpeakAnyWay and speakanyway.com. 1. Acceptance

To use SpeakAnyWay AAC, you must agree to these Terms. You accept the Terms by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms in any electronic form, or by visiting or using speakanyway.com in any manner. 2. Registration

Anyone may visit speakanyway.com and access some materials, but to use many features of SpeakAnyWay, you must register as a SpeakAnyWay user (“User”) and create an account by selecting login credentials (username and password) and providing us with accurate contact information.

3. Using SpeakAnyWay

As a User, you may access certain features of SpeakAnyWay for free, or you may subscribe for enhanced access as stated during signup. Most features require registration and payment of a fee.

4. SpeakAnyWay Services

SpeakAnyWay AAC owns all rights, title, and interest in and to SpeakAnyWay, including all tools, materials, content, and intellectual property within the platform.

5. License Grant

SpeakAnyWay AAC grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use SpeakAnyWay to the extent permitted by your subscription plan. The license is for your personal, internal use only.

6. User Content

You may upload or otherwise provide content through SpeakAnyWay (“User Content”). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in your User Content. By providing User Content to us, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use and display your User Content in connection with the Services.

7. Billing and Payment

If your use of SpeakAnyWay incurs a fee, you are subject to our Billing and Payment policies. All sales are final, and paid fees are non-refundable.

8. Acceptable Use

Any unauthorized use of SpeakAnyWay, including conducting fraudulent or illegal activities, is prohibited. You agree not to copy, reverse engineer, or make derivative works of SpeakAnyWay. SpeakAnyWay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use if these Terms are violated.

Your network and systems must be configured securely to use SpeakAnyWay. Violating our system or network security may result in termination of your account.
